USE CASE: PRODUCTION MONITORING FOR INDEXABLE INSERTS
Together with us, Xactools from Baden-Württemberg has developed a fully automated handling and inspection system for a Scandinavian manufacturer that utilises our AI-based image analysis (DENKnet).
This system reliably and quickly detects colour and surface deviations as well as the smallest defects.
The solution handles the inspection of 2,800 different products in around one hundred geometry families and works with an impressive cycle time of four seconds per inspection. Thanks to the flexibility and performance of the DENKnet software, almost 100 per cent picking efficiency is achieved.
